Tenancy fees for Landlords

• 5% incl vat for Let Only - This includes all marketing, securing a tenant, all necessary checks, check in and registering and securing the tenants deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme)
• 7% incl vat for Rent Collect - All of the above plus the rent is collected from the tenant on the landlords behalf
• 9% incl vat for Fully Managed - All of the above for Let only and Rent Collect plus we deal with all maintenance issues

We are a member of CMP (Client Money Protect) membership number CMP009405 and all deposits are registered and protected by the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme)
